a. Inspection: Our free site visits are slated for wednesdays and saturdays by 10AM. After which we will provide you with relevant information to carry out your investigation.

b.  Payment: You will be required to fill a land application form, thereafter you can make your payment via Bank or Mobile Transfer. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will be issued an instant payment receipt containing your property reservation.

c. Documentation: The agreed title documents will then be issued to you, usually available within 1 week.

d. Allocation: We conclude this process by taking you to site for a physical property allotment.
